Hours of passion and craftsmanship go into the pieces I create. Every piece is unique due to the natural materials used and therefore some variations in colour or shape may occur. 

Payment: We accept payment through most credit/debit cards online via Paypal which is safe, quick and reliable. Pieces can also be bought on the day at fairs via our payment system.

Delivery: Nearly all designs ordered from the website are handcrafted to order. We anticipate all orders to be dispatched within 6 weeks of your order being placed. Orders will be dispatched using these methods; UK orders; Royal Mail £7,95, flat rate per order. International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International signed for: Europe £15,-. Rest of the world £20,-. For international orders you may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at it's country of destination. Payment of import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please keep in mind that shipping time is not included in production time. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, each piece is handmade to order specifically for you and requires several weeks to create. If you would like your order sooner, please contact me via email prior to purchasing your piece and provide your required delivery date. I am happy to help and will do my utmost to accommodate your needs. We are not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, refunds and cancellations: A full refund will be received if cancellation is made within 3 days of the initial order. Returns can only be made on ready made items bought at our shows or those few one-off pieces on our website. Please make returns 14 days after you received them, making sure they are returned in the exact packaging, unworn and undamaged. Exchanges must be authorized before sending an item back to us and customers are responsible for all shipping fees and customs charges. It also is the customers responsibility to mail returns, therefore a secure, tracked method of mailing is recommended. Returns and exchanges are not offered on items ordered from the website and at shows that are handcrafted individually to order. Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of these items, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Deposits are non-refundable. Once production and dispatch have been made the full payment becomes due. For custom or bespoke orders I will make any alterations that are neccessary to ensure you are completely happy with your piece.  All effort has been made to represent our beautiful jewellery accurately. Please make sure you have read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours and view images to show the intricate details of each piece. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colours due to the varying computer equipment or software used by our customers.

By purchasing an item from our shop, it is assumed that you have thoroughly read and understood the item description, production and shipping times and agree with our terms and conditions.
